1. Shipping Fees | 运费

We currently offer shipping within Malaysia.

我们目前提供马来西亚境内配送服务。

West Malaysia | 西马

• Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout

• Free shipping: Subject to available promotions

East Malaysia | 东马

• Shipping fee: RM8

• Free shipping: Available for orders of RM150 and above, if eligible

运费及优惠以结账页面显示为准。

2. Ready Stock | 现货商品

Ready-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

现货商品一般将在付款确认后的1–3个工作日内安排出货。

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

实际送达时间视物流公司及收货地区而定。

3. Pre-Order Items | 预购商品

Estimated waiting time: 14–20 days.

Pre-order items are specially arranged after order confirmation. The estimated waiting time is not a guaranteed delivery date.

预购商品预计等待时间为 14–20天，实际时间可能因供应商、运输或清关情况而有所调整。

4. Mixed Orders | 现货与预购合单

Orders containing both ready-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.

如订单同时包含现货及预购商品，我们可能会在全部商品到齐后统一寄出。

If you prefer separate deliveries, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping fees may apply.

如需分开寄送，请在下单前联系我们，可能产生额外运费。

5. Shipping Delays | 配送延误

Delivery may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance or courier delays.

如遇公共假期、天气、清关或物流延误，配送时间可能有所调整。

6. Incorrect Shipping Information | 收货资料错误

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout, additional redelivery fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels | 包裹遗失或损坏

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

如包裹遗失或收到损坏商品，请提供订单号码及相关资料，我们会协助调查并根据适用法律安排处理。
