1. Returns & Exchanges | 退换货

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

因个人喜好、改变主意或自行选错尺码，恕不提供退换货服务。

Please check the product details and size chart carefully before purchasing.

下单前请仔细确认商品详情与尺码表。

2. Defective or Incorrect Items | 瑕疵或寄错商品

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

若收到瑕疵、损坏或寄错的商品，请在收到包裹后7天内联系我们。

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and issue

• A photo of the parcel packaging, if relevant

请提供订单号码、商品问题照片及相关包装照片。

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

我们将在确认情况后，依照适用的消费者保障法律安排换货、退货或退款。

3. Pre-Order Items | 预购商品

Pre-order items are specially arranged after order confirmation.

预购商品将在订单确认后安排采购。

Estimated delivery time: 14–20 days, subject to supplier and shipping conditions.

预计到货时间为 14–20天，具体以供应商及物流情况为准。

Cancellation due to a change of mind is generally not accepted once procurement has begun.

商品开始采购后，一般不接受因个人原因取消订单。

If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer a refund for the unavailable item.

如遇商品缺货，我们将安排缺货商品退款。

4. Sale & Clearance Items | 特价及清仓商品

Sale and clearance items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, sizing or personal preference.

特价及清仓商品原则上不接受因个人喜好或尺码选择而退换。

This does not affect your rights regarding defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods under applicable law.

如商品存在瑕疵、寄错或不符合相关规定，消费者依法享有的权利不受影响。

5. Refund Processing | 退款处理

Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days, where practicable.

退款申请获批准后，我们一般会在7个工作日内处理。

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

退款一般退回原付款方式，实际到账时间视银行或付款平台而定。

6. Return Shipping | 退货运费

For approved returns caused by our error or defective products, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Tomato Planter.

如因本店寄错商品或商品瑕疵而需要退货，合理退货运费将由 Tomato Planter 承担。
